A few things that help us serve you better
When bringing an instrument for evaluation or repair, please keep it in its case for protection during transport. If you have documentation about the instrument's history, maker, or previous repairs, that information helps us understand its background and provide appropriate care.
Initial consultations typically take 15-30 minutes depending on the complexity of your concerns. We will examine your instrument, discuss any issues you have noticed, and provide recommendations along with estimated costs and timelines. There is no obligation to proceed after an evaluation.
For musicians outside the Toronto area, we accept shipped instruments for evaluation and repair. Please contact us by email before shipping to receive packaging guidelines and confirm our current intake schedule. We recommend insured shipping with signature confirmation for valuable instruments.
